LOCATION & ACCESS

This large 1.24-acre property is located just off Calle Principal, a short distance from the heart of Ojochal and about 4km from the Costanera highway. Unlike the built-up landscapes of central Ojochal under 1km away, this is a mostly rural area with scattered homes and wide expanses of fields, farms and jungles all around the property. A prepared and partly paved road picks you up at the Costanera, takes you over a brand-new bridge, swings past the commercial areas of Ojochal and brings you to the large gravel carpark immediately in front of the home. The gate provides safety and peace of mind.

THE HOUSE

A very smart layout, separating the bedrooms from the living areas of the home, is perhaps the most interesting feature of the house.

A covered entranceway leads to the central hallway which connects the two parts of the home. The left portion holds a large & fully-equipped kitchen which looks onto the lush towering jungles – a grande view while you are chopping onions or mixing the stir fry. Marble countertops and rich, lumber cabinets provide the perfect contrast. The kitchen holds a large marble-top island that can accommodate the dining needs of a large family – although a more traditional six-place dining table is also provided. Behind the dining table, the living area invites with an L-couch, big-screen TV, and beautiful art & accents.

The other part of the home holds three bedrooms and a single bathroom. The large Master Bedroom looks onto the deck, pool and majestic jungles just over an arm’s reach away. It offers extensive storage and floor-to-ceiling glazing with direct patio-door access to the backyard.
