The cabinas are situated around the rancho with outdoor kitchen. Each unit is more like a standard hotel room with bedroom and bathroom.

A common use area of the outdoor kitchen is especially convenient for the guests in the cabinas since they do not have their own kitchen. Also a place for guests to socialize and hang out. This could be a good space if new owner wants to offer breakfast service.
