WATER: - Lakes designed with landscape and environmental character: They serve as recipients for rainwater and their design includes specific flora on the shores (reeds, lilies, etc.) that act as natural filters for nutrients that do not contribute to the health of the lake ecosystem. - Irrigation network system, independent of the drinking water distribution, to use raw water for these purposes.
ENERGY: - Use of alternative energies in buildings to be developed by the developer. - Advice to each neighbor with non-mandatory recommendations to raise awareness and promote environmental care and sustainability of homes, businesses, and offices in the City.
WASTE: - Separation at the source of waste. - Agreements will be made with NGOs to use construction waste and take advantage of it, for example, in housing plans.

RESIDUOS:- Separación en origen de los residuos.- Se realizarán acuerdos con ONG para que puedan utilizar los residuos de la construcción y aprovecharlos, por ejemplo, en planes de vivienda.»
