Both the living room and bedroom have antique (wood and glass) doors that open to the patio; from the kitchen a large window likewise opens to the patio, giving the kitchen nice light and great ventilation.

The ground floor bedroom is spacious with a queen-size bed (with ample drawer space in the base below), an antique wardrobe, and a full ensuite bathroom—including bathtub.

The living room has a large sofa, a flat screen TV, a stereo/dvd unit, an air conditioner, antique armchair, coffee table, and a dinning area with wood dinning table and four chairs.

Off of the living room is the fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter top, upper and lower cabinets, glass tiled wall and floor, gas stove, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer.

UPPER LEVEL:

The newly constructed upper level has a large, very airy bedroom with, an ensuite bathroom, and windowed doors that lead to a private 3m x 4m terrace.

The bedroom has a king size bed with a beautiful custom-built wood frame, wall mounted reading lamps, and night tables. There is a built in closet as well as a tall built in shelving area. A 2 meter long desk that looks out to the terrace carves out a small office area as well. Two walls of windows bathe the room in light but there are dark curtains on each window (as well as shutters on the main window) to block out the light, too, if needed.

The ensuite bathroom (with shower rather a bath tub) is fully tiled, and with a high ceiling and windows on two walls, the bathroom feels very open and fresh.

The terrace--complete with hammock, marble cafe table and chairs, as well as lovely grasses and plants—has an open view that looks out over the tops of buildings and neighboring greenery. As it is not blocked in by any high rise, the terrace also gets plenty of sun and a nice breeze.
