Located in the high mountain area of Santo Domingo near San Vito, this farm includes a three bedroom house with den, kitchen, one bathroom, laundry area, and dining area. There is also a small caretaker's cottage for absentee owners who want someone on the property when they are away. The farm has three freshwater springs, electricity, year round road access, internet access through a wideband connection, and is titled property. The entire farm is fenced within its borders. It is currently mostly in pasture for cattle or horses, with wooded areas along the streams. From the farm you have expansive views across the deep valleys looking into Panama. The climate is cool all year as the elevation is over 4,000 feet above sea level at the top end of the farm. It is situated 2.5 miles from the little town of Copa Buena which offers a bus terminal, grocery store, restaurants, bakery, hardware store and more.
