ACCESS

A secure electric gate welcomes you to the property as the winding driveway, bordered by landscaped gardens and exotic greenery, descends & meanders her way to the main house – setting the tone of TOTAL tranquility. The covered carport will keep you & your vehicle dry and shaded. And the entrance is quite grande - a beautiful, arching footbridge connects the carport to the main home. The home sits about 1.4km away from the Costanera highway. A prepared road leads over Ojochal’s new bridge and past some of the town’s finest restaurants & attractions as it twists towards the home.

MAIN HOME

Crossing the arching footbridge, you are met with a covered verandah which runs the length of the main house – straddling the back section of the home, this verandah leads straight to the opposite end with a huge thatched-roof patio decked out with a ceiling fan, coffee table, plentiful seating and two suspended deckchairs. Green, natural views extend in every direction. The main home features modern finishes, spacious living areas, and an open layout that flows seamlessly into the natural surroundings.

The patio opens into the large kitchen / dining space – complete with a full-sized fridge, stove/oven, an extraction fan, and plenty of storage. The sunken pool & cabana offer total tranquility - insulated from the outside hustle and bustle, the sunny deck and refreshing waters are always inviting. The attached cabana includes water & electric connections, thatched roof and a ceiling fan – a perfect place for poolside drinks, afternoon gossip or an evening BBQ. The swimming pool hosts three sunken seats – a thoughtful addition and a great place for sipping cocktails while catching the tropical sun. This wonderful pool area is surrounded by greenery from every direction, and as it sits on a decent slope, you are looking straight into the canopies of the nearby trees.
