On the first level, gallery, two living rooms, two kitchens, a dining room, a large closed terrace that overlooks the pool, a half bathroom in the main living room, laundry area.

Por la habitación principal y la de atrás que era una oficina se se pasa al gazebo, el cual está en el segundo nivel, este cuenta con un medio baño, un área para un sauna que nunca se hizo, y una escalera para acceder desde el primer nivel, un garaje doble, cisterna que llena la piscina y queda agua.

Cuenta con un mini gazebo y marquesina para un vehículo.
En el primer nivel, galería, dos sala, dos cocina, un comedor, terraza amplia cerrada que da a la piscina, un medio baño en la sala principal, área de lavado.

Nota: la casa está de pintura y faltan cosas por terminar. Remodelada en 2008.
