SOLHE Signature Condos
is a new tourist complex of 48 units located in the Green Village Condos Sector, within the destination city of Cap Cana.

Its design aims to create an extension of the environment by implementing longitudinal vertical planters in the flights, which in turn become an envelope with curved and light projections with micro-perforated panels that regulate the passage of light, creating a volumetric irregular sensation and perception to the human eye.

Upon arrival, the first impression is generated by an artistic installation that narrates the name and the general concept of the project, the Sun and the rays of the sunset in Juanillo. From there, you move to the drop-off integrated with a triple-height air-conditioned lobby that is composed of a dry garden with a floor-to-ceiling skylight that ambientizes the space and explains the context.
This space, to create a sense of belonging with the user, connects with the central outdoor atrium, a place where social life develops, featuring a large flat pool with 15 linear meters designated for tanning ledge; in addition to the solarium lounge, pool bar, fully equipped gym, covered terrace, indoor golf simulator, putting green, 2 jacuzzis, and restrooms for ladies and gentlemen.
The area program prioritizes recreation, so the living/dining room is directly integrated with the balconies, patios, terraces, and rooftops of the apartments; all of which have views of Juanillo and the natural gardens typical of the area.

The timeless architectural response, location, integration with the environment, spatial distribution of the condos, amenities, and the availability of hotel management services make this project a turning point in the tourist pole of Punta Cana.

es un nuevo complejo turístico de 48 unidades ubicado en el Sector Green Village Condos, dentro de la ciudad destino Cap Cana.

En su diseño se busca crear una extensión del entorno implementando jardineras vertical es longitudinales en los vuelos , que a su vez se
convierten en envolvente con proyección es curvas y ligeras con paneles microperforados que regulan el paso de luz, creando sensación ir regular volumétrica y percepción al ojo humano.

Al momento de llega da, la primera impresión es generada por una instalación artística que narra el nombre y el concepto general del proyecto, el Sol y los rayos del atardecer en Juanillo. De ahí,
pasar al dropoff integrado con un lobby climatizado a triple altura que está compuesto por un jardín seco con un lucerna rio de piso a techo que ambienta el espacio y explica el contexto.
El mismo, para crear sentido de pertenencia con el usuario, se conecta con el atrio central al aire libre,
lugar donde se desarrolla la vida social que cuenta con una gran piscina tipo flat pool con 15 metros lineales destinados a tanning ledge; además del lounge solárium, pool bar, gimnasio totalmente equipado, terraza techada, indoor golf simulator, putting green, 2 jacuzzis, baños para damas y caballeros .
El programa de áreas prioriza la recreación, por lo que sala / comedor están integradas directamente con los balcones, patios, terrazas y rooftops de los apartamentos; de los cuáles todos tienen vista a Juanillo y a los jardines naturales propios de la zona.

La respuesta arquitectónica atemporal, ubicación, integración con el entorno, distribución espacial de los condos, amenidades y la disponibilidad de servicio de administración hotelera hacen que este proyecto marque un antes y un después en el polo turístico de Punta Cana.
