The Project is comprised of six (6) Apartment Towers including a Condotel
totaling a total of 856 units that will all start to be sold from day one with
different deadlines for delivery, as well as for the payment of the initials
First stage: Torre Milán, with 64 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with a term of 18
months for delivery and down payment.
Second stage: Dubai Tower, with 132 3-bedroom apartments and Paris Tower
(Condotel), with 264 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, for a total of 396 units with a
deadline of 36 months for delivery and down payment. We note that the CONDOTEL will be used
allowed by the short rent system or AIRB&B.
Third stage: Manhattan Tower, with 132 3-bedroom apartments with a term of 42
months for delivery and down payment.
Fourth stage: Boston Tower, with 132 3-bedroom apartments with a term of 48
months for delivery and down payment.
Fifth stage: Torre Venecia, with 132 3-bedroom apartments with a term of 60
months for delivery and down payment.
All five stages will be sold at the same time from day one.
Reservation: US$ 500.00 (2000 regular)
For the signing of the contract, payment of 10% (15% regular) of the price of the apartment will be required, this payment 45 days to complete
includes the US$ 500 (US$2,000.00) reservation.
Complementary to the initial 10%, during the building construction process (remaining time)
Note: The initial total is 20%.
80% Financing (After completing the initial one, the customer will request financing from

Cuarta etapa: Torre Boston, con 132 apartamentos de 3 habitaciones con un plazo de 48
meses para entrega y pago de inicial.
Quinta etapa: Torre Venecia, con 132 apartamentos de 3 habitaciones con un plazo de 60
meses para entrega y pago de inicial.
Las cinco etapas se venderán al mismo tiempo desde el primer día.
