The project is developed on a 45,000m2 plot, a few steps from Juanillo beach, which, unlike many other projects, allows for numerous amenities in common areas. Among them, we highlight:

For this project, the architecture firm Morph, one of the most important studios in Spain, has been contracted with numerous international architecture awards.

It will have 296 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. It will be executed in two phases: the first will be about 190 units and the second will be 106.

The expected delivery date for the first one will be the first quarter of 2025. The work will begin in April/May 2023

Residential Maintenance will be around $2 per m2 including water and gas.

CLOSING/PURCHASE PROCESS
The form of payment is as follows:

At the signing of the sales promise contract, 25% is completed (max 30 days after booking)
55% during construction (monthly, quarterly payments...)
20% on delivery (Expected February 2025)

Para este proyecto se ha contratado al estudio de arquitectura Morph, uno de los más importantes estudios de España, con numerosos premios internacionales de arquitectura.

Contará con 296 apartamentos de 1, 2 y 3 hab. Se ejecutará en dos fase la Primera serán unas 190 unidades y la segunda de 106.

La fecha prevista de entrega de la primera será primer trimestre de 2025. La obra iniciara en abril/mayo del 2023

El Mantenimiento Residencial estará en torno a los 2$ por m2 Incluyendo el agua y el gas.

PROCESO DE CIERRE/COMPRA
La forma de pago es la sigueinte:

A la firma del contrato de promesa de venta se completa el 25% ( max 30 dias despues de la reserva )
55% durante la construccion ( pagos mensuales, trimestrales...)
20% a la entrega (Prevista Febrero 2025)

Primer pago durante a construccion Abril 2023 Ultimo pago durante la construccion Diciembre 2024
