Mayan Symbols House

Colonial house dating back over 200 years, considered among the properties of the historic center as a heritage of the city, divided and restored in 2020 under the supervision of INAH (National Institute of Anthropology and History) ensuring that Colonial Architecture was preserved as a cultural asset.
The exterior facade was made with authentically period materials, such as handmade lime using ancient techniques like precise resting and hydration to mix it with the juice of nopal cactus for better application.
In addition to giving color with mineral pigments since in ancient times there were no industrial paints, the interior walls were also treated with these techniques, with the difference that more contemporary colored pigments were applied.
All doors and windows preserved the original wood, carefully treating each one with a technique called Sand blast that removes all layers of industrial paint and highlights the beauty of the original wood.
The floors of some spaces were rescued, highlighting the artisanal work of the hand-decorated tiles that were common in those times.
The only modifications supervised by INAH are seen in the kitchen with a central island made of Huanacaxtle wood and metal structure cabinets giving a more contemporary touch without losing the aesthetic style, and in the bathrooms with bathtubs (jacuzzis) with contemporary accessories providing more comfort and modern technicality since the whole house has modern technology that can be appreciated in the hydraulic pressure in bathrooms, kitchen, and garden, as well as all the pipes being antibacterial and the cistern having technology that purifies the water for human consumption.
The electrical system lights up the entire house with LED lights, and the distribution of outlets and switches is strategically well located in both interiors and exteriors.
The house has a loft which is prepared for further expansion of the house (hydraulic system, drainage, electricity).
The house also has an interior garden in the style of that era, only modified with a wide variety of ornamental and fruit plants.
The house is sold with all the furniture.

Casa Colonial que data con más de 200 años, considerada dentro de las propiedades del centro histórico como patrimonio de la ciudad, fraccionada y restaurada en 2020 bajo la supervisión del INAH (Instituto Nacional de Antropología e Historia) cuidando que la Arquitectura Colonial se preservara como un aservo cultural .
La fachada exterior se procuro con materiales auténticamente de la época, como la cal hecha a mano utilizando técnicas antiguas como el reposo e hidratación precisas para mezclarlas con el jugo de cactus de nopal para su mejor aplicación.
Además de darle color con pigmentos minerales ya que en la época antigua no existían pinturas industriales, las paredes interiores también se trataron con dichas técnicas con la diferencia que se aplicaron pigmentos con colores más contemporáneos.
En todas las puertas y ventanas se preservo la madera original curando con mucho cuidado cada una de ellas con una técnica llamada Sand blast que elimina todas las capas de pintura industrial y resalta la belleza de la madera original.
Los pisos de algunos espacios pudieron rescatarse resaltando el trabajo artesanal de las losetas decoradas a mano que en aquellos tiempos era de usansa .
Las únicas modificaciones supervisadas por INAH se aprecian en la cocina con una isla central hecha con madera de Huanacaxtle y alacenas en estructura de metal dándole un toque más contemporáneo sin perder el estilo estético y en los baños colocándole bañeras(jacuzzis) con accesorios contemporáneos dándole más comodidad y modernidad técnica ya que toda la casa cuenta con tecnología moderna que se puede apreciar en la presión hidráulica en baños, cocina y jardín además que en todas las tuberías son antibacterianas y la cisterna cuenta con tecnología que potabiliza el agua para su consumo humano.

El sistema eléctrico ilumina toda la casa con luces leds, y la distribución de tomas de corriente y apagadores están estratégicamente bien ubicados en interiores como exteriores.

La casa cuenta con tapanco el cual está preparado para una ampliación más de la casa (sistema hidráulico, desagüe, electricidad)

También la Casa cuenta con un jardín interior a la usansa de aquella época , solo modificado con una gran diversidad de plantas ornamentales como también frutales.

La casa se vende con todo el mobiliario.

Tiene dos recámaras y una estancia acogedora.
