This wonderful house is located in Tepoztlán, one of the most charming and mystical places in Mexico. Just a 5-minute walk from the town center, it allows you to immerse yourself in the rich culture and traditions of the area. The first thing you will notice upon arriving at the property is its stunning view of Tepozteco, an iconic sacred mountain that will gift you with unforgettable landscapes throughout the day. The presence of the mountain adds a magical touch to the experience of staying here.

The house features a large pool, perfect for relaxing and refreshing on sunny days. There are 3 bathrooms in this area. Spending time in the pool while enjoying the majesty of the surroundings will help you disconnect and recharge your energy.

The interior of the house will leave you fascinated. The decor has been carefully selected and has an ethnic and exotic touch that makes it unique. The doors from India and Africa add an air of mystery and adventure to every corner, transporting you to distant places without leaving the property.

Upon entering the main house, we are greeted by a foyer that leads to the kitchen, living room, dining room, guest bathroom, and a bedroom with a full bathroom.

On the second floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a sitting area and a bathroom with a massage area. The master bedroom is very spacious with a bathroom lined with white marble and a hot tub. It has access to a terrace with a beautiful view of Tepozteco. The rooms are designed to provide you with comfort and tranquility.

Next to the pool, there is a covered terrace with a living room, kitchen, and a path that leads to a 100 m2 loft open to the garden with a full bathroom, kitchen, terrace, and A/C.

From the pool, we go down some stairs that lead us to another room with two beds and a full bathroom. Further down, there is a small house with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and living room. It has an independent entrance to the house.

Additionally, the house has open spaces and terraces from where you can contemplate the beauty of the natural surroundings and enjoy unforgettable sunsets. It is the perfect place to share special moments with family and friends.

At night, the house is subtly illuminated, creating a cozy and romantic atmosphere. La casa cuenta con una amplia alberca, perfecta para relajarte y refrescarte durante los días soleados. Hay 3 baños en esta área. Pasar tiempo en la alberca mientras disfrutas de la majestuosidad del entorno te ayudará a desconectarte y renovar energías.

El interior de la casa te dejará fascinado. La decoración ha sido cuidadosamente seleccionada y tiene un toque étnico y exótico que la hace única. Las puertas de la India y África agregan un aire de misterio y aventura a cada rincón, transportándote a lejanos lugares sin salir de la propiedad.

Al entrar a la casa principal nos recibe un vestíbulo que conduce a la cocina, sala, comedor, baño de visitas y una recámara con baño completo.

En la segunda planta hay dos recámaras, una con salita y baño con un área de masaje.
La recámara principal es muy amplia con un baño forrado de mármol blanco y una tina de hidromasaje. Tiene salida a una terraza con una vista hermosa al Tepozteco.
Las habitaciones están diseñadas para brindarte comodidad y tranquilidad.

Junto a la alberca hay una terraza techada con una sala, cocina y un camino que te lleva a un Loft de 100 m2 abierto al jardín con baño completo, cocina, terraza y A/C.

Desde la alberca bajamos unas escaleras que nos llevan a otra habitación con dos camas y baño completo. Más abajo hay una casita con 2 recámaras, baño, cocina, comedor y sala. Tiene entrada independiente a la casa.

Además, la casa cuenta con espacios abiertos y terrazas desde donde podrás contemplar la belleza del entorno natural y disfrutar de atardeceres inolvidables. Es el lugar perfecto para compartir momentos especiales con familia y amigos.
