Está dentro de un condominio privado de sólo 12 casas, seguro y con alberca, fire pit, espacio para patinar o que tus hijos anden en bici, gym, terraza techada, jardines, bosque y senderos tranquilos para caminar, salón de eventos y ¡Hay SPA!

La casa tiene 3 pisos. Dejas el auto en el estacionamiento común y caminas por un sendero hermoso, pocos metros. Llegas directo a la cocina, sala con chimenea, baño y terraza con una vista al verde y al atardecer.
Bajas y están las tres recámaras, dos comparten baño y la principal tiene su jacuzzi para una persona.
Vuelves a bajar y está la terraza techada con asador y el jacuzzi sin techar. Y, si suceden ahí tus comidas, hay un sendero para auto que pueden tomar y descargar todo.

Todo lo que necesitas para vivir Valle en la seguridad de una casa rodeada de verde.

Hay varias escuelas a 10minutos (La Escuela Valle de Bravo, caminando). y si quieres ir al centro de Valle de Bravo por sus caminos internos, puedes llegar sin tráfico. Avándaro está a 15minutos máximo y de muy fácil acceso para ir a la carretera que te lleva hasta la CDMX.

La Deportiva te queda caminando y hay muchas canchas de varios deportes para practicar de manera gratuita. Es un lujo tenerla cerca.

Puedes negociar los muebles. Tiene escritura pública y está lista para que generes recuerdos imborrables con tu familia.

Está al lado de un hotel que resulta muy práctico pues si tienes mucha visita, rentarían un cuarto y los tendrías independientes pero cerca.
