It is a very pleasant house, built on three levels:
On the ground floor is the pedestrian entrance and an independent entrance for cars. It has space for one car and a truck or 2 medium cars, a closet to store gardening tools, hoses, etc... guest bathroom.
It has a cistern (although they have never had a water problem).

On the first level, we find a double-height foyer, a spacious living-dining room with access to a very large and pleasant terrace that has a lush pirul tree.

Kitchen with breakfast nook, a very good pantry, guest closet, and a bedroom with a bathroom and a good-sized closet. The house has good spaces and very good natural lighting.

On the next level, we find 1 bedroom with its bathroom and walking closet and a T.V. room with a bathroom and linen closet.

It has a service room and laundry area.

En la planta baja está la entrada de peatones y entrada independiente para autos. Tiene lugar para un coche y una camioneta o 2 coches medianos, un closet para guardar instrumentos de jardinería, mangueras etc…  baño de visitas

En el primer nivel encontramos un vestíbulo de doble altura, una amplia sala-comedor con acceso a una terraza muy grande y agradable que tiene un frondoso pirul.

Cocina con antecomedor, una muy buena alacena, closet de visitas y una recámara con baño y closet de buen tamaño. La casa tiene buenos espacios y muy buena iluminación natural.

En el siguiente nivel encontramos 1 recámara con su baño y  walking closet y cuarto de T.V. con baño y clóset de blancos.

Tiene cuarto de servicio y área de lavado
