The design takes advantage of the irregularity of the terrain, as well as the abundant nature of the environment, and transports it to the interior, creating routes at medium and double heights that allow you to discover the house little by little, enjoying every space and every view.
The steep slope of the land and the street allowed us to project the ground floor well above street level and thus be able to open up the house and its views so that from any space you feel surrounded by the nature of the place. The public areas are distributed over half levels, while the bedrooms were designed on the highest level to ensure privacy and tranquility. Materials are an essential part of the project. Exposed concrete, wood, quarry, stone and mud, all in their simplest form, allowed us to achieve a balance of sensations that translate into a quiet, fresh and versatile place.En venta increíble casa nueva!
El diseño aprovecha la irregularidad del terreno, así como la abundante naturaleza del entorno, y la traslada al interior creando recorridos a medias y dobles alturas que permiten ir descubriendo la casa poco a poco, disfrutando cada espacio y cada vista.
La inclinación pronunciada del terreno y de la calle nos permitió proyectar la planta baja muy por encima del nivel de calle y así poder abrir la casa y sus vistas de manera que desde cualquier espacio te sientas rodeado de la naturaleza del lugar. Las áreas públicas se encuentran distribuidas en medios niveles, mientras que las recámaras se proyectaron en el nivel más alto para asegurar privacidad y tranquilidad. Los materiales son parte esencial del proyecto. Concreto aparente, madera, cantera, piedra y barro, todos en su forma más simple, nos permitieron lograr un equilibrio de sensaciones que se traducen en un lugar tranquilo, fresco y versátil.
