- [ ] 4 bathrooms (the one by the pool also has a urinal, shower with cold and hot water so you don't have to enter the house and wet it)
- [ ] Living room, dining room, large terrace that can hang 4 to 5 hammocks, has a round table with 4 chairs and another rectangular table with its chairs.
- [ ] The house has internet and Dish.
- [ ] The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a double bed, plus it can fit up to 5 hammocks comfortably, has its own bathroom, and also has a TV.
- [ ] The other bedroom downstairs has a queen-size bed and can also fit 1 hammock comfortably, it also has a TV and the bathroom is in the hallway.
- [ ] The upstairs bedroom has 2 double beds and can fit 1 hammock comfortably, has its own bathroom and a large terrace.
- [ ] The kitchen has everything:
Blender, Coffee maker, Conventional oven, Toaster. Milkshake machine, Microwave, Juice extractor, Mixer, Scale, Stove with oven, Plates, Glasses, Cutlery, Kitchen utensils, Glasses, etc.
- [ ] Outside is the bar and the grill with its stainless steel grill, which must be washed after use and brought back inside as it cost $4,000.00 and if lost, it will be charged at the current price.
- [ ] The pool chemicals are the responsibility of the renter, which must be applied as explained, and depending on the days, it will be determined if cleaning is necessary, which has a cost of 220.00 pesos and the name and number of the person who does it will be provided as it is delivered clean and with chemicals.
- [x] If due to lack of proper maintenance it turns green, there will be a cost of 2,500.00 as it will need to be washed, scraped, and refilled.
- [ ] A deposit is required
- [ ] Which will be returned 24 hours after vacating the house to check everything.
- [ ] Pets are allowed, taking responsibility for them, and a fee of $500.00 will be charged for the disinfection of the house upon departure. (Please pick up pet waste from the garden or hallways.)
- [ ] Cleaning costs $500.00, which will be given to the person who receives the house.

- [ ] 4 baños ( el de la alberca cuenta también con migitorio, regadera con agua fría y caliente para no entrar a la casa y mojarla)
- [ ] Sala, comedor, terraza amplia que pueden colgarse 4 a 5 hamacas, tiene un juego de mesa redonda con 4 sillas y otra mesa rectangular igual con sus sillas.
- [ ] La casa cuenta con internet y Dish.
- [ ] La recámara principal tiene una cama king size y una cama matrimonial, además le caben hasta 5 hamacas cómodamente, cuenta con su propio baño, e igual tiene tv.
- [ ] La otra recámara de abajo tiene una cama queen zise y también le cabe 1 hamaca cómodamente, también tiene tv y el baño se encuentra en el pasillo.
- [ ] La recámara de arriba. Cuenta con 2 camas matrimoniales y le cabe una hamaca cómodamente, tiene su propio baño y una terraza grande.
- [ ] La cocina cuenta con todo:
Licuadora, Cafetera, Horno convencional, tostador de pan. Máquina para malteadas, Micro, extractor de jugos, batidora, báscula, estufa con horno, platos, vasos, cubiertos, utensilios de cocina, copas, etc.
- [ ] Afuera está el bar y el asador con su parrilla de acero inoxidable, que se pide por favor lavarla después de usarla y meterla a la casa ya que costó $4,000.00 y si se pierde se le cobrará al precio del momento.
- [ ] Los químicos de la alberca se llevan a cuenta de quien renta los cuales es necesario ponérselos como se le explica y dependiendo de los días se verá si es necesario hacer la limpieza de la misma, la cual tiene un costo de 220 .00 pesos y se les deja el nombre y número de la persona que lo hace ya que se entrega limpia y con químicos.
- [x] . Si por no darle el mantenimiento adecuado quedará verde tendrá un costo de 2,500.00 ya que habrá que lavarla, rasparla y volverla a llenar.
- [ ] Se deja un depósito
- [ ] El cual será devuelto a las 24 horas de haber desocupado la casa para poder checar todo.
- [ ] Se permiten mascotas haciéndose responsables de las mismas y se cobran $500.00 por la desinfección de la casa al retirarse.(se pide por favor recoger las heces de las mascotas del jardín o de los pasillos.
- [ ] La limpieza tiene un costo de $500.00, los cuales se le entregan a la persona que reciba la casa.
