Contratos anuales
* Para cancelar el apartado se tiene 5 días hábiles desde el momento en que se realiza el pago, una vez pasado los 5 días no se realiza la devolución.
* Las confirmaciones de los pagos tienen un plazo de 24 hrs de acuerdo a los procedimientos del área de tesorería, posteriormente se elabora el recibo.
* En caso que desee factura, enviar la constancia de situación fiscal, la factura se emite de 24 a 72hrs posterior a la firma del contrato de arrendamiento.
