The Torre de la Loma is an apartment building on the hill that divides the valleys of Monterrey and San Pedro Garza García. Conceptually, the project responds to its location: its north and south facades take advantage of the views; the east and west facades are much thinner and are closed. The living-dining room of each apartment has double orientation, with a continuous balcony on the south facade.

The structure is made of concrete and is supported by nine brackets that define the lobby. Each of the building's functions is clearly expressed. On the south facade, you can see the exterior stairs and service patios. The bathrooms, at the east and west ends, do not obstruct views or complicate circulation.

The building, with 16 floors, has 30 apartments. The building has a swimming pool and a multipurpose room on the ground floor. The parking lot, embedded in the mountain, also serves as support for the structure.

Apartment on the 7th floor, it has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, living room, dining room, half bathroom, master bedroom and secondary bedroom with bathroom, and the master with a walking closet.La Torre de la Loma es un edificio de departamentos sobre el cerro que divide los valles de Monterrey y San Pedro Garza García. A nivel conceptual, el proyecto responde a su ubicación: sus fachadas norte y sur aprovechan las vistas; las de oriente y poniente son mucho más delgadas y están cerradas. La sala-comedor de cada departamento tiene doble orientación, con un balcón corrido en la fachada sur.

La estructura es de concreto y esta sostenida por nueve cartelas que definen el vestíbulo. Cada una de las funciones del edificio está claramente expresada. En la fachada sur se pueden ver las escaleras exteriores y los patios de servicio. Los baños, en los extremos oriente y poniente, no obstruyen vistas ni complican las circulaciones.

El edificio, de 16 pisos, tiene 30 departamentos,. El edificio cuenta con una alberca y un salón de usos múltiples en la planta baja. El estacionamiento, incrustado en la montaña, funciona también como soporte de la estructura.

Departamento en el piso 7, son 2 recamaras, 2 baños, cocina, cuarto de lavado, sala, comedor, medio baño, recamara principal y secundaria con baño y la principal con walking closet.
