The restoration project maintains the original layout of the building, with shops on the ground floor and three apartments on each upper floor. Slight adjustments were made to the layout of the apartments to adapt to current needs and dynamics. Additionally, technological and comfort improvements were implemented, along with a robust structural reinforcement that complies with current regulations, thus ensuring the functionality and safety of the building for its new inhabitants.
