Total prices are published for cash transactions (billable plus VAT) and the characteristics of the different types of properties marketed on this website. In rental transactions, the total price will be determined based on negotiations with the owner.
The announced rental price does not include the number of deposit rents or current rents stipulated in the lease agreement. It also does not include payment of legal fees that some owners require.
