EXECUTIVE PROJECT:
” FOUR”

A group of condominium houses, each with 380m2 of living space and 150m2 of terraces. It has an elevator, walls and green roofs. View of the ravine and forest. Three parking spaces per unit and drawers for visitors. The architectural program for each house has; Three full bedrooms, TV room, study, living room, kitchen, dining room, service areas and cellar. Residencial Quattro emerges from a series of rules that obey the optimal use of space, that is, orientation, both of views and of the sun of the complex, through the architectural placement of windows.

The project does not clash with the environment, but is shaped by the outside almost unnoticed and is attached to the downwardly sloping surface of the terrain, which is very important to highlight that it was a challenge to achieve the architectural design of the complex and avoid dead spaces. The slope of the land dictates how the residences should be arranged, in order to benefit from it. The most important point is the use of the fifth façade (the roof) of each residence, which will give more space to each unit.Características principales:

PROYECTO EJECUTIVO:
”QUATTRO”

Un conjunto de casas en condominio, cada una con 380m2 habitables y 150m2 de terrazas. Cuenta con elevador, muros y azoteas verdes. Vista a la cañada y bosque. Tres lugares de estacionamiento por unidad y cajones para visitas. El programa arquitectónico por cada casa cuenta con; Tres recamaras completas, sala de TV, estudio, sala, cocina, comedor, áreas de servicio y bodega. Residencial Quattro surge de una serie de reglas que obedecen al aprovechamiento óptimo del espacio, es decir, orientación, tanto de vistas como de asoleamiento del conjunto, mediante la ubicación arquitectónica de ventanas.

El proyecto no choca con el entorno, sino se amolda por el exterior casi pasando por desapercibido y se acopla a la superficie en pendiente descendente del terreno, lo cual es muy importante destacar que fue un reto para lograr el diseño arquitectónico del conjunto y evitar los espacios muertos. La pendiente del terreno dicta como deben estar acomodadas las residencias, a fin de poder beneficiarse del mismo. El punto más importante está en el aprovechamiento de la quinta fachada (la azotea) de cada residencia, la cual dará más espacio a cada unidad.
