Mahahual is located 33 km from Chetumal airport. Es un tranquilo y poco conocido pueblo pesquero, perfecto para unas vacaciones en la Costa Maya, que cobra vida cuando los cruceros llegan a su puerto. Alberga el mayor atolón coralino de México. Por eso se posiciona como un paraíso para los amantes del buceo, ya que también cuenta con la Reserva de la Biósfera Banco Chinchorro, a sólo una hora en barco. Esta zona forma parte del segundo arrecife más grande del mundo donde también se encuentran más de 60 barcos que han naufragado desde el siglo XVI.

La propiedad se encuentra en Puerto Ángel, al sur del centro de Mahahual en el municipio de Othón P. Blanco siendo una de las once subdivisiones (municipios) del estado mexicano de Quintana Roo. Su cabecera municipal es la ciudad de Chetumal, que también sirve como capital del estado. Frente al lote, a pocos metros mar adentro, hay un arrecife, ideal para practicar esnórquel.
