Los muros tienen una cimentación de piedra de un metro de ancho y son de adobe. El resto de la remodelación se realizo con finos acabados en toda la casa, baños con mármol, pisos de madera, herrería clásica de metal, techos altos a la usanza, doble ventanearía térmica y acústica en las habitaciones que dan a la calle, finas maderas en closets, servicio de internet.
