The apartment is very bright thanks to its large windows in the living room and bedrooms. Upon entering, you will find the living room with a dining area for 6 people, a 3-module sofa, and a credenza. Next is the closed kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher. There is another door in the kitchen that leads to the laundry area with a washer-dryer and the service room with a full bathroom (unfurnished).

Through a hallway, you will find the bedroom area also with a beautiful view of La Mexicana. On the left side, there is a full bathroom in the hallway for guests and a second bedroom. The secondary bedroom has a closet and is unfurnished; it is possible to leave a double mattress but it does not have a base.

The master bedroom is at the back, has a full bathroom and a walk-in closet, a king-size bed, two nightstands, and a TV unit.

Posteriormente se encuentra la cocina cerrada con refrigerador, horno y lavavajillas. Hay otra puerta en la cocina a través de la cual se accede al área de lavado con lavasecadora y al cuarto de servicio con baño completo (sin amueblar).

A través de un pasillo encontrarás el área de recámaras también con hermosa vista a La Mexicana. Del lado izquierdo se encuentra un baño completo en pasillo para visitas y segunda recámara. La recámara secundaria cuenta con clóset y no se encuentra amueblada, es posible dejar un colchón matrimonial pero no tiene base.

La recámara principal se encuentra al fondo, cuenta con baño completo y vestidor, cama king size, dos burós y mueble para TV.
