Kantera is a housing complex of 26 exclusive houses located in the north of Mérida, in Dzityá, an area with a high growth of residences in the city. The development has 2 models; Haus and Townhaus.

The architectural design was inspired by a German artistic and architectural trend called Bauhaus; it is characterized by its simple, functional and ornament-free structures, combining primary colors with smooth textures and geometric finishes, giving each house an artistic and modern touch, making it stand out from any other
