Playa Ixtul is a unique development in this area of the Yucatecan coast. It is a planned community designed for people from here and there, a getaway where we are all locals.

This is how Playa Ixtul has remained for a long time, now seeking a community to enjoy that beauty, nomads who as they pass by take the time and the luxury to contemplate and appreciate it.
The first stage of our project consists of 54 plots located in the East part of Playa Ixtul. The dimensions of the properties are around 350m2. The access road to our development crosses this stage.

We have partnered with local businesses to bring to our development those amenities that our daily life requires: a convenience store, liquor store, laundry, a cafe, a hotel, and a beach club for the residents and visitors of Playa Ixtul.Playa Ixtul es un desarrollo único en esta zona de la

ubicados en la parte Este de Playa Ixtul. Las dimensiones de
las propiedades rondan los 350m2. Atraviesa esta etapa la calle
de acceso a nuestro desarrollo.
Nos hemos asociado con negocios locales para traer a nuestro desarrollo aquellas comodidades que requiere nuestro día a día: una tienda de conveniencia, licorería, lavandería, un café, un hotel y un beachclub para los residentes y visitantes de Playa Ixtul.
