Project Overview.

The "OMNILOGIX" logistics center project is located 700 meters from the Costera del Golfo highway km. Parcel 467 to the east of the municipality of Kanasín, Yucatán, which includes the subdivision of spaces for warehouses and the construction of amenity areas with a contemporary architectural environment.

The polygon of the property is irregular, with a total area of 229,625.74 m2, in which the sellable area is divided into 107 irregular lots with variable sizes between 1,250.00 m2 and 4,991.04 m2.

EQUIPMENT, AMENITIES, AND INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE PROJECT

The development consists of the following points regarding urban equipment:

a) Security booth and access.
b) Main and secondary roads based on hot asphalt pavement 5cm thick.
c) Green areas and amenities.
d) LED street lighting.
e) Telecommunications.
f) Medium voltage electrical network, with preparation for supply and connection to the lot.
g) Potable water network.

El proyecto centro logístico “OMNILOGIX” está ubicado a 700 metros de la carretera Costera del Golfo km. Parcela 467 al
este del municipio de Kanasín, Yucatán, el cual contempla la lotificación de espacios para bodegas y la construcción de
áreas de amenidades con un ambiente de arquitectura contemporánea.

El polígono del predio es irregular contando con una superficie total de 229,625.74 m2, en el cual la superficie vendible se
divide en 107 lotes irregulares de superficie variable entre 1,250.00 m2 y 4,991.04 m2.


EQUIPAMIENTO, AMENIDADES E INFRAESTRUCTURA DEL PROYECTO

El desarrollo consta de los siguientes puntos en materia de equipamiento urbano:

a) Caseta de vigilancia y acceso.
b) Vialidades principales y secundarias a base de carpeta asfáltica en caliente de 5cm de espesor.
c) Áreas verdes y amenidades.
d) Iluminación vial tipo LED.
e) Telecomunicaciones.
f) Red eléctrica en media tensión, con preparación para alimentación y conexión al lote.
g) Red de agua potable.
h) Red de drenaje sanitario
