+ 2 bedrooms: one with A/C, closet, double bed, fan, TV base.
+ 1 bathroom with shower.
+ Wifi included

There is a heater, protectors on all windows, and exterior doors, curtains and blackout blinds, covered laundry area.

REQUIREMENTS:

* One month of rent in advance
* One month deposit
* Guarantor with property in Mérida (if not available, double deposit is requested - the same will be returned at the end of the deal)

Hay calentador, protectores en todas las ventanas, y puertas exteriores, cortinas y persianas black out, área de lavado techada.

REQUISITOS:

* Mes de renta adelantada
* Mes de depósito
* Aval con propiedad en Mérida (en caso de no tenerlo se pide doble depósito- mismos que se devuelven al final del trato)
* Pago del convenio
