Tulum has become one of the most coveted tourist destinations in the world for travelers and investors. For its paradisiacal beaches of turquoise waters, soft white sand, abundant Mayan jungle, countless cenotes, ample gastronomic and entertainment offerings, its archaeologi-
cal zone on the shores of the Caribbean Sea and its architectural proposal.

In recent years, this magical town has also been chosen by digital nomads and has become the
ideal destination to live, work and absorb the energy that is breathed in this paradise.

The constant coming and going of people from all over the world brings to Tulum a wide cultural variety that contrasts with the locals. Inspired by this concept, we designed a project that reflects
luxury, comfort and functional spaces that allow living in connection and harmony with nature and with oneself.

Satori consists of 28 units with 4 different prototypes that make up a private gated community in a privileged location on Region 15, the fastest growing and appreciating neighbor-
hood in all Tulum.
