Xcalak one of the last virgin spots of the Mexican Caribbean

Located in the southern area of Quintana Roo, XCALAK is a picturesque fishing village situated within the Great Maya Coast in front of the Chichorro Bank, an atoll formed by several islands that make up a coral reef, being the largest in Mexico and the second largest in the world.

For this reason, it is one of the preferred places for divers and nature lovers since you can find a great diversity of species in its crystal-clear waters. And explore its mangroves to appreciate its native fauna such as Herons and Manatees.

The area is especially appreciated by Europeans and Americans who are always arriving during the high season (from October to March) to enjoy the place.

The land is flat, measuring 30m x 20m, and is located approximately 100m from the beach with 4 simple cabins. It has all its services. Between the land and the beach, there is only a row of houses.

Ubicado en la zona sur de Quntana Roo se encuentra XCALAK pintoresco pueblo pesquero ubicado dentro de la Gran Costa Maya frente al Banco de Chichorro un atolón formado por varias islas que conforman un arrecife de Coral siendo el mas grande de Mexico y el segundo mas grande del mundo

Por lo mismo es uno de los lugares preferidos de buceadores y amantes de la naturaleza dado que puedes encontrar una gran diversidad de especies en sus aguas cristalinas. Y recorrer sus manglares para apreciar su fauna nativa como Garzas y Manaties.

La zona es especialmente apreciada por Europeos y americanos que siempre están llegando en la temporada alta( de Octubre a Marzo) para disfrutar del lugar.

El Terreno es plano de 30mt x 20mt y se encuentra a 100mt aproximadamente de la playa con 4 cabañas simples. Tiene todos sus servicios. Entre el terreno y la playa hay solamente una hilera de casas.

Es una propiedad privada con todos sus documentos en orden.
