calendar days from the date of receipt of the section to confirm the signing of the purchase promise.
In case of cancellation, the section is 100% refundable.

The amount of $25,000.00 in advance payment will be charged.

días naturales a partir de la fecha de recepción del apartado para concretar la firma de la promesa de compra.
En caso de cancelación, el apartado es 100% reembolsable.

CUOTAS DE MANTENIMIENTO

Se cobrará la cantidad de $25,000.00 pago anticipado.

Las cuotas de mantenimiento se estiman en aproximadamente $6.00 por metro
