The construction method we have designed is completely different from the traditional construction method. We managed to design a completely modular structure (PRE·FAB), which allows us to develop 80% of the work in the production plant.

·TIEMPO - Gracias a que el 80% del trabajo es Prefabricado, logramos comenzar con la instalación 70 días después de iniciar el proyecto en la planta de producción y concluimos con la instalación 45 días después.
·TERMINADO AL 100% - Entregamos el proyecto completamente amueblado listo para conectarse a servicios y comenzar a generar rentabilidad.

*Construcción en todo tipo de terreno, sin alterar el ecosistema.
*La cimentación se desplanta por medio de micropilotes.
