The commercial area is run on the basis of private invitations. Some of the experiences that will be shown will be: live jazz, blues and electronic music (downtempo). Cocoa, wine and mezcal tastings will be held. Dinners with chefs and cultural workshops.

Se interesa por el desarrollo de una comunidad enfocada en promover la cultura y la unidad con un medio artístico. Respetando al medio ambiente, su ecosistema y con un gran cariño por los animales.
1er Nivel estancia con terraza, estudio, medio baño, cocina integral, 2do. Nivel, dos recámaras con baño completo la principal con vestidor, 3er. Nivel Roof Garden tarja, asador, medio baño y jacuzzi. Con acabado en cemento pulido y baños con paredes en mármol.
El área comercial se lleva a partir de invitaciones privadas. Algunas de las experiencias que se mostrarán serán: música en vivo jazz, blues y música electrónica (downtempo). Se realizarán catas de cacao, vino y mezcal. Cenas con chefs y talleres culturales.
