The concept of this natural Recinto is inspired by the conservation of the Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve, one of the most important Protected Natural Areas in Mexico and the world for the environmental services it provides, and a successful case in the conservation of its ecosystems such as jungle, wetlands, mangroves, and coral reefs.
Recinto has a conservation index of 66% (Conserved Green Areas), which means that only 34% of the surface is built and the rest remains intact.

The PH3 has 88 square meters of living space distributed on the ground floor with a bedroom and a full bathroom, living room, kitchen equipped with a four-burner electric stove, and a 5-meter balcony. On the second floor, there is another bedroom and a full bathroom, a 36-meter terrace, and a swimming pool.

El concepto de este Recinto natural está inspirado en la conservación de la Reserva de la biósfera de Sian Ka´an, una de las Áreas Naturales Protegidas más importantes en México y
el mundo por los servicios ambientales que otorga, y un caso exitoso en materia de conservación de sus ecosistemas como selva, humedales, manglares y arrecifes de corales.
Recinto tienen un índice de AVC (Áreas verdes conservadas) del 66%, lo que significa que solo el 34% de la superficie está construida y el resto se mantiene intacto.

El PH3 cuenta con 88 mts. habitables distribuidos en la planta baja con recámara y baño completo, estancia, cocina equipada con parrilla eléctrica de cuatro quemadores y balcón de 5 mts. En el segundo piso se encuentra otra recámara y baño completo, la terraza de 36 mts. y la alberca.

Amenidades comunes:
Alberca central de uso común, acompañada de camastros y rodeada por árboles y vegetación endémica, una recepción con barra y sala de espera así como con baño de uso mixto, en planta alta contará con espacio de meditación, yoga, relajación y diversas actividades de tipo holístico, área de co-working, y gimnasio.
