Valle del Viento is a wine lot project in Huachichil, Arteaga in Coahuila.
With 114 lots from 3,300 m2 to 5,500 m2.
Each lot is divided in two, the first half destined to enjoy a residential space and build your residence and the second half of the land will be the vineyards in production with the vines ready, which will be worked by the Bodegas del Viento Winery, recognized worldwide for being the best Pinot Noir in Mexico.

This project has an architectural design by Sordo Madaleno. In addition to a Leisure Golf created by Agustín Piza, creator of this new golf concept.

Surrounded by breathtaking endemic nature, amenities such as Club House, restaurant, bar, pier, lake, Zenón garden, campfire and viewpoint. And in the Linear Park you will have paddle tennis, volleyball, basketball and bike path.

Este proyecto tiene un diseño arquitectónico por Sordo Madaleno. Ademas de un Leisure Golf creado por Agustin Piza, creador de este nuevo concepto del golf.
