Day Only $250 (12 Hours)
Above 15 people are $50 for every 5 additional people.

HOLIDAY WEEK RENTAL PRICES (Capacity 15 People)
Holy Week, August Festivities and New Year!!
1) Price $500 x Night (minimum 4 nights) = $2000
2) Price $475 x Night (minimum 6 nights) = $2850
Damage deposit $250 refundable for the first 3 business days

living room, dining room, terraces, swimming pool, full kitchen, bbq, servant house with bathroom, 24-hour caretaker is a safe house with a hotel attached to it.

5 minutes from the supermarket 6 minutes from Hola Beto's and restaurants at home.

CONTRACT COMMENTS
They have to specify the time of arrival and time of departure.
Responsibility to turn off the air when they are not in the rooms.
Don't go to the pool without taking a shower first.
No pets inside the Pool
And just throw away all the garbage in its place before delivering the house

OBSERVACIONES DEL CONTRATO
Tienen que especificar la hora de entrada y hora de salida.
Responsabilidad de apagar los aires cuando no estén en las habitaciones.
No meterse a la piscina sin ducharse primero.
No mascotas dentro de la Piscina
Y simplemente botar toda basura en su lugar antes de entregar la casa
