The area where the property is located is rural, with residential use, equipped with the main basic services, such as: Potable water, transportation service, and electricity, the immediate environment consists of properties belonging to the same area, which are subdivisions with popular type housing, similar to the one being appraised and many properties intended for agricultural work.
In the area of influence, developed areas with residential subdivisions were observed, the closest population to the property is that of San Pedro Perulapán, which is located 7.9 kilometers to the West of the property area, and has educational centers, evangelical and catholic churches, stores of essential goods, and various businesses.

OBSERVATIONS:
Due to being in a suburban residential area of progressive development, pollution levels are minimal and no natural risks are observed.
