* The client must provide in PDF to the real estate agency handling the possible tenant's entry process, and for this agency to deliver it to the property owner, the response to the Credit Bureau request, indicating that there are no inconveniences, and that they are satisfactory as a payer.
* It will be clearly specified in the agreement, the number of tenants who will live in the property (Maximum 2 people), and that the rules of good custom, as well as the regulations and policies governing the neighborhood or condominium where the property is located, will be respected.

* Pago por adelantado del mes.
* Pago del Convenio Transaccional.
* Permitir el mantenimiento que le corresponde al propietario, cuando este sea necesario.
* Cliente deberá entregar en PDF a la inmobiliaria que lleva el tramite de ingreso del posible inquilino, y para que ésta a su vez se la entregue al dueño del inmueble, la respuesta de la solicitud del Buró de Crédito, donde se indique que no tiene ningún inconveniente, y que es satisfactori@ como sujeto de pago.
* Se especificará claramente en el convenio, el número de inquilinos que vivirán en la propiedad (Máximo 2 personas), y que se respetarán las normas de buena costumbre, así como los reglamentos y políticas que rigen la colonia o condominio donde esta la propiedad.
