It is house 2 and is located just steps from the Avándaro roundabout on Fontana Brava street. The condominium is quiet, consisting of 7 houses, of which 2 families live there frequently, while the others come and go.

The house is distributed over 2 floors plus a small garden on another lower floor that leads you along a path parallel to the river, surrounded by lush vegetation, which takes you to the common pool next to house 6.

When you enter the house, you go down a few steps and arrive at the living room with a fireplace and green views. On the other side is the kitchen with the dining room, and in front, a large terrace where you can enjoy your afternoon coffee in the nice sunshine.

To access the bedrooms, you go up a step and have the bedroom on the ground floor with its own bathroom plus a guest bathroom. Then you go up to the second floor where there is a bedroom on each side of the stairs, each with its own terrace, closet, and bathroom.

La casa esta distribuida en 2 pisos mas un pequeño jardín en otro piso mas abajo el que te lleva por un sendero paralelo al rio y con mucha vegetación con el cual llegas a la alberca común que esta junto a la casa 6.

Cuando accedes a la casa bajas unos escalones y llegas a la Sala con chimenea y vista verde, al otro costado esta la cocina con el comedor y frente una gran terraza para tomarte el café de la tarde con buen solcito ahí.

Para recorrer los cuartos subes un escalón y tienes el cuarto en la planta baja con su propio baño mas el baño de visitas, luego subes al segundo piso donde 2 hay un cuarto en cada lado de la escalera cada uno con su propia terraza closet y baño.

Saliendo por la casa y girando hacia un costado esta el cuarto de lavado que también puede usarse de cuarto de servicio pero con un espacio un poco estrecho.
