O segundo quarto tem uma cama de casal, e o terceiro quarto tem uma cama de solteiro e se conecta a um escritório separado com mesa.
A ampla sala de estar é aberta e iluminada. Há um sofá em forma de L junto com um sofá-cama que oferece mais do que espaço suficiente para entreter. O centro de entretenimento tem duas TVs de tela plana, wifi e cabo. A área de estar também inclui uma mesa/espaço de trabalho. Há uma incrível cozinha aberta atualizada com os melhores eletrodomésticos (fogão, forno, cafeteira, micro-ondas). Também vem com todos os pratos e utensílios que você precisará durante a sua estadia. O apartamento tem uma sensação jovem de arte de rua, mantendo a elegância moderna do estilo industrial renovado pelo qual o edifício é tão conhecido.

The building was once a grain factory, but the mid 90s it was converted into beautiful LOFTS in a modern industrial style to house those who wish to experience city life in style. 24 security building, gym, private restaurant and Pool in a large park that makes it feel like being in a country but in the middle of the city.

Our unit is a gorgeous 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom renovated LOFT

The apartment can accomodate up to 4 people. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and a big walk in closet/dressing room
The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom has a single bed and connects to a separate office with desk.
The ample living room is open and bright. There is a L shaped couch along with a love seat sofa which provide more than sufficient space for entertaining. The entertainment center has two flatscreen TV, wifi and cable. The living area also includes a desk/workspace. There is an amazing open kitchen updated with the best appliances (stove, oven, coffee maker, microwave). It also comes with all the dishes and utensils you´ll need during your stay. The apartment has a youthful street art feel while still maintaining the modern elegance of the renovated industrial style which the building is so well known for.
