This property is roughly 20 minutes from the paved coast highway and about 30 minutes from Playa’s Matapalo and Playa Linda to the south and Manuel Antonio / Quepos to the north. This 42.4 acres is located on one of the many strong creeks that feed into the Rio Savegre. The Savegre river is one of the largest rivers in the southern zone of the country and offers year around world class sportfishing, white water rafting and kayaking.
The land borders the creek along the western edge and has easy access to 2 fantastic waterfalls.
