Welcome to Casa Ocean Breeze, located in the secluded area known as Phase 6 in Ojochal. This wonderful gated community boasts single story homes that naturally blend in to the surrounding flora and fauna.

The beautiful small ocean view 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is very bright and light with a forest backdrop that will never have you leave. Watch the morpho butterflies as they meander down the river right from your back patio. Or better yet slip into the hot (or cold) tub as you take in the outstanding backdrop. The wrap around deck and large covered terrace gives you plenty of outdoor space to entertain, relax or enjoy daily yoga.
