This cozy little house is located in the centro and has an open plan kitchen dining area and small living room which overlooks a flower patio. Just beyond is a separate laundry room with washer/dryer.
A sunny garden patio stretches from the main house to the king – size bedroom with adjoining bath. On the second floor of the main house is a terrace that fronts a spacious single bedroom with fireplace, walk -in closet and bath with tub and shower. Opposite to this room you can find a very sunny studio.
Located just around the corner is bustling calle Canal, with greengrocers, and many small shops and markets. A short walk of about one block takes you to the famed San Juan de Dios market where you can find literally anything and all at the lowest prices imaginable!
Walking three blocks in the opposite direction takes you to El Jardin and all of the historic buildings in the central plaza, plus the cafes, restaurants, art galleries and shops that San Miguel is so well known for.
Almost a flat walk towards The Ancha de San Antonio where you will enjoy restaurants, cafes and The Insitituto Allende and/ or of course Juarez Park.
