LOCATION
The process begins with the location and acquisition of the land, locating the best surface for the ship and designing the best functionality. We currently have a land bank in Umán, Kanasín and Carretera Progreso. You can review the current catalog and we can also advise you on buying or renting land in other areas.

ENGINEERING
Once we found the land, we dedicated ourselves to the development of the project, integrating the engineering of the ship and considering the requirement you have as a customer in terms of: number of platforms, leveling ramps, height, office specifications, type of sheet, lighting, insulators and in general to establish a suitable and personalized project for you.

LEGALITY
For greater legal certainty, there is a contract that specifies all the characteristics, requirements, economic amounts, delivery times, guarantees and penalties so that you are protected at all times.

DELIVERY TIME AND GUARANTEES
Finally, we start with the execution of the work, which according to the requested project you can have in 6 or 10 months so that you can receive it completely ready to start working.
Before giving you the keys, we carry out non-destructive tests (NDE) applying AWS, ASME, ANSI standards in all our production processes.

UBICACIÓN
El proceso comienza con la ubicación y adquisición del terreno, localizando la mejor superficie para la nave y proyectando la mejor funcionalidad. Tenemos actualmente banco de tierra en Umán, Kanasín y Carretera Progreso. Puedes revisar el catálogo actual y además podemos asesorarte para adquirir o rentar un terreno en otras zonas.

INGENIERIA
Una vez que encontramos el terreno nos dedicamos al desarrollo del proyecto, integrando la ingeniería de la nave y considerando la requisición que tienes como cliente en cuanto a: numero de andenes, rampas niveladoras, altura, especificaciones de oficinas, tipo de lámina, iluminación, aislantes y en general a establecer un proyecto adecuado y personalizado para ti.

LEGALIDAD
Para mayor certeza legal, existe un contrato donde se especifican todas las características, requerimiento, montos económicos, tiempos de entrega, garantías y penalidades para que estés protegido en todo momento.

TIEMPO DE ENTREGA Y GARANTÍAS
Finalmente se empieza con la ejecución de la obra, que de acuerdo al proyecto solicitado puedes tener en 6 u 10 meses para que puedas recibirla totalmente lista para empezar a trabajar.
Antes de darte las llaves realizamos pruebas no destructivas (NDE) aplicando normas AWS, ASME, ANSI en todos nuestros procesos de producción.
