The Sky is the first skyscraper in the southeast, an intelligent and innovative project that exceeds the expectations of a city that is at its best moment.

It will measure 160 meters in height and will be located in Mérida. Its inauguration is scheduled for 2025.

4 Buildings constructed, delivered, occupied, and in operation in just 36 months. 100% of the Portfolio has been delivered ahead of the time agreed in the contract, meeting the highest quality standards. The projects stand out for having an average appreciation of 21% per year.

It also promises to include Building Management System (BMS) technology, fire protection systems, access control systems, voice and data systems, Water Source Heat Pump type air conditioning, among other systems.

The skyscraper will be developed on a plot of 10,456 square meters. In the construction, 35,000 square meters will be allocated to offices and consulting rooms, 3,000 to commercial areas, 2,500 to restaurants, and it will have 20 elevators.
