Located in the Historic Center of Mérida, just a few minutes' walk from the Mercado and vibrant nightlife, this house has been our home for over 14 years.

For nearly 7 years, we meticulously fine-tuned every detail to create a warm and inviting space inspired by Southern France and Tuscany. With ceilings soaring to 7 meters and stunning views, the house is truly special. The furnishings are mostly one-of-a-kind, including a 300-year-old chest and a 200-year-old dining table, along with hand-carved pillars in front of the cabana. All fixtures and appliances are top-quality, and every aspect of the house has been meticulously maintained.

The garden is a true paradise, featuring with 10 fruit trees and almost 100 varieties of plants, creating a vibrant and private atmosphere. This property was initially designed as a personal retreat and later transformed into a luxury rental home, with over 100 five-star reviews on Vrbo and Airbnb.
